Which areas outside Aberystwyth do you cover?

We can create your party anywhere in the UK, but there is a mileage charge for locations over 20 miles away, and overnight stay costs for locations further than 80 miles away.

Do you play outside venues or in marquees?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do! Obviously hosting a party outside is weather dependent, so alternative arrangements are prudent. For marquee setups we require adequate headroom and a level stage area. We also need to confirm that an adequate power supply is available - running a single long extension lead from a 13A plug is not safe or suitable. We do, however, have options for providing our own power supply!

How much time do you need to setup the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Setup time is dependent on the amount of equipment used and any add-ons. Stage access is also a big consideration, especially if it's located upstairs or a distance from the unloading area.Compact setup time could be as little as 30mins, but our most popular standard size setup usually takes around 90mins. A large setup, or anything including the XL video screen would take around 2 hours.We can confirm times specifically when we know your venue and package requirements.

How much stage space will your equipment need?

Accepted Answer

A compact setup would require a minimum of 2.5m width with 2.5m headroom. A standard setup would require about 5.0m width and 2.5m headroom.A large setup would require about 6.0m width and 3.0m headroom.

Do you hire out sound and light equipment?

While we don’t offer "dry hire" where equipment is collected and operated independently, we do provide fully supported sound and lighting packages. We will deliver, set up, and configure everything to suit your venue, allowing you or a guest DJ to simply plug in and play. Our team remains on hand throughout the event to manage the technical setup and keep the sound balanced so everything runs without a hitch. It gives you complete control over your music and playlists, with none of the logistical stress or cable wrestling.
