Cost will vary with the services required for your event; date, venue, size, set times, distance from Aberystwyth etc.
The following prices are a GUIDE ONLY based on a party of up to 150 persons at an event in Aberystwyth, but it is always better to contact us for a PERSONALISED QUOTE. Businesses and repeat clients will be eligible for DISCOUNTS.

If your event is longer than the examples listed above you can purchase additional hours at the same rate as 'DJ only'.
Please note these prices are only valid for 2024. If you are booking a date for 2025 or later then they may increase.
Distance Surcharge
If your event is not based in Aberystwyth there is a surcharge of £1.00 per mile travelled. This is to cover the additional fuel and time overheads. e.g. Event in Aberaeron which is 20 miles away… Total miles travelled is 40, so distance surcharge is £40.00.

Reservation Fee
A £100 reservation fee is payable upon booking. Your date is not secured until this is paid.
If you change your mind and let us know at least 30 days prior to the event this will be returned in full, otherwise this payment is non-refundable. If Synergy Sound is unable to commit to a reserved booking, we will refund your deposit AND give you the FULL FEE so you can make alternative arrangements at no extra cost!
The reservation fee is deducted from the total cost; it is NOT an additional payment.
Payment
Payments can be made very easily using your credit or debit card. Our payment processor is PayPal as it is one of the safest ways to shop online. You don't even need to have a PayPal account in order to pay us, simply enter your card details when requested. NONE of your personal financial details are ever shared with us.
PayPal will accept most credit and debit cards.
You can also pay using a direct bank transfer. With our bank account details you can use any method available to you to deposit payments. You can use your bank's online, telephone or counter services.
Whichever method of payment you prefer to use, please ensure all outstanding payments are cleared by the date of event.
